International developers, even those who don't speak Japanese, can be a great source of talent for your company. When you have a product that targets the Japanese market though, you need native Japanese speakers as well. This can result in companies where the development team is quite culturally diverse, while everyone else is primarily Japanese. At this event, we'll hold a group discussion about how you approach the challenges that this creates.
